Together with a selectively composed detoxifying diet, the exercises have a rejuvenating and energizing influence, freeing up the energy flow in the body.

Additionally, our psychological workshops will allow you to look more into your inner self, find wys of managing your day to day pressures and problem solving.We will also teach the autogenic training and relaxation techniques, which can be practised individually at home after the course.

1. Sun Rise Morning Meditation

2. Awakening Hatha Yoga Practice

3. Breakfast

4. Psychological Workshop/ combined with breaks for purifying tea selection and women’s chats

5. Lunch

6. Psychological Workshop/ combined with breaks for purifying tea selection and women’s chats

7. Free time

8. Pilates/ Body Ballance

9. Dinner

10. Sun Set Evening Meditation and Evening Positive Affirmation

 

ASHTANGA YOGA WEEKENDS – available for groups of minimum 3 participants.


All workshops are run by a certified fitness instructor, yoga and pilates instructor, who is also a qualified personal trainer as well as by a certified psychologist.
